Welcome to Bali Barn Village. By booking a stay at Bali Barn Village (“BBV”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Bali Barn Village does not serve alcohol onsite.
Guests may consume alcohol privately inside their own cabin if they choose to bring their own. Each cabin includes a private kitchen and fridge for personal use.
We ask all guests to remain respectful of the calm, family-oriented environment of the property and avoid excessive noise or disturbance to other guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all cabins and in shared/common areas throughout the property.
Guests who wish to smoke or vape must do so outdoors and away from cabins, shared facilities, restaurants, pools, gyms, and other communal spaces.
If a guest is found smoking inside a cabin, a warning will first be issued.
Continued smoking inside the cabin will result in a IDR 3,000,000 fine, in addition to any extra charges for damages, deep cleaning, odor removal, or repairs required.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking and staying at Bali Barn Village, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the guest and Bali Barn Village.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for operational purposes such as:
• Reservation management
• Guest communication
• Service improvement
We will not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required by law.

FORCE MAJEURE

Bali Barn Village shall not be held liable for failure or delays in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Pandemics or travel restrictions
• Power outages
• Strikes
• Civil unrest
In such cases, Bali Barn Village may offer the possibility to reschedule the stay, but no refunds will be issued.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to:
• Rooms
• Furniture
• Equipment
• Facilities
• Shared spaces
Bali Barn Village reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damages.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Bali Barn Village is not responsible for:
• Personal injuries
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Accidents occurring on the property
• Damages caused by third parties
• Travel disruptions or transportation issues
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and actions during their stay.

HEALTH AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Guests may participate in activities such as fitness training, sauna, cold exposure, and other wellness activities during their stay.
Participation in these activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
By staying at Bali Barn Village, guests confirm that:
• They are in good physical condition
• They have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe
• They accept full responsibility for their health and wellbeing
Bali Barn Village, its owners, staff, and partners cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications occurring during a guest’s stay.
Guests are encouraged to consult a medical professional before engaging in physical or wellness activities if they have any concerns.

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure a positive experience for all guests, the following rules apply:
Guests must:
• Respect other guests, staff, and the local community
• Follow safety instructions provided by the team
• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times
Illegal activities or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Bali Barn Village reserves the right to remove any guest from the property without refund if these rules are violated.

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Guests may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the dates are reserved exclusively for you and are no longer available to other guests. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, including but not limited to changes of plans, travel delays or flight cancellations, illness or injury, personal emergencies, visa or passport issues, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with the experience.

All rescheduled stays must take place within 12 months of the original booking date. If the newly selected dates have a higher price than the original reservation, the guest must pay the difference in price.

Bali Barn Village reserves the right to limit the number of date changes per reservation.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE

Please note that Bali Barn Village is located in the mountains of North Bali and the property includes steep roads, uneven paths, hills, and stairs throughout the resort.
While golf buggy assistance is available for access to certain villas, some accommodations — particularly the Mountain Cabins — still require walking and the use of stairs to reach the villa entrances and facilities.
For this reason, the property is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations.
